Massage Therapy Program

660 clock hours completed in 9 months

This program focuses on the western styles massage therapy.  The program prepares students for entry level positions as massage therapists in medical, chiropractic and physical therapy offices, gyms, salons, spas, cruise ships, resorts and for private practice, and to take the National Certification Exam.  The following are the required courses:

  • Practice Management II

Chiropractic Assistant Program (20 Hours)

• Chiropractic history and philosophy.
• Relationship of medical massage and chiropractic
• Insurance understanding, billing codes.
• X-ray basics and patient care.
• Onsite practial training in clinics.
• Become marketable as a chiropractic assistant, massage therapist and personal trainer (cross training).


Personal Trainer - Certification (20 Hours)

• Basic fitness principles and assessment-muscle physiology and body mechanics, strength and endurance principals.
• Development fitness programs, injury prevention, machine and free weight understanding.
• Business and legal concepts, program design, screening clients.
• Critical needs training ex: seniors.
• Become marketable with massage therapy chiropractic assistant and personal trainer (cross training).
